I have cecilware dipperwell faucets cec-f10 type. This stem looks very similar, will this work as a replacement stem for my faucets?

This dipperwell faucet stem isn't the one you'll want for your CEC-F10. You'll need Cecilware part #9968A, and while we don't currently sell this part on our website we do special order for customers on a daily basis.
