I can't be certain about a 5 gallon plastic paint bucket, or which YouTube video you're referring to, but this Smart Spout SMRT1-R-70MM Universal 70 MM Red Carboy Pour Spout w/ Vent fits the Carboy 2.5 and 5 gallon. They've both got 70MM openings.

Is there a particular product you can refer me to so I can see if it fits?
