Hi, I am having problem with my walk-in cooler door not closing, bc I am suspecting door and wall are not perpendicular.

I have walk-in cooler door and adjacent wall that are not in level. And door does not close itself because of it. I am looking into something to assist for door to close by itself. I was wondering what is rubber door closer used for?

I am sorry, this rubber door closer will not work for walk-ins. It is for sliding doors, like a deli case. You will need a door closer like the two I have attached below. They are both for offset walk-in cooler doors.

For True parts, you need to call True direct with your model number, AND serial number, so they can give you the exact part number for your piece of equipment.
