Model #23316. What is the temperature rating range? Is the strip material suitable for outdoor weather conditions? Does the strip come with the clear color (transparent)? What is the strip thickness? What is the max rod diameter to fit into the loop end?

After discussing with Curtron Customer Service I believe we've answered your questions,
Temperature Rating: 20 degrees Fahrenheit
The material is suitable for outdoor conditions
As it is, the strip comes in a light blueish color (almost transparent, but not quite). I was informed that you can also buy the transparent color, but it does not come standard.
Thickness is .060"
The max rod diameter that you can fit through the loop ends is 4"
