Questions & Answers for Flame Gard Frameless 20" H x 25" W x 2" D Galvanized Hood Filter

Question

Baffle filter pressure loss charts show pressure differential vs RPM; should this be CFM, or is there a conversion?

I am looking into an application intended to capture overspray from a vehicle undercoating operation. Regular pleated filters get clogged over time and pressure differential will increase making it difficult to maintain a constant airflow. My design intent is that the baffle filters will maintain a constant differential (until they become "caked" of course). Can you recommend a filter that is adaptable to a galvanized duct opening 16x22 (or equivalent area) for 300cfm minimum airflow with minimal pressure diff?

I am sorry, we do not have that size and our hood filters are designed for restaurant hoods. I wish I could help but I am afraid we do not have what you are looking for.
