Question

Does the 3835 thermocouple primarily heavier duty due to the pizza oven temperatures as I installed a regular 30 mv thermocouple and it did not last ?

A ts11k safety valve with a regular thermocouple does not last , does it require an Oem for longevity ?

Yes, this heavy duty thermocouple is specifically made for pizza ovens because they operate at higher temperatures than standard and convection ovens. This will last much longer than any generic thermocouple.
