Unfortunately, Pitco (the makers of your 35C+S fryer) has made quite a few different 35 model fryers, and we cannot ensure this safety valve will fit your model without knowing your serial number. Can you provide your model's serial number? Once we have this number we can easily track down the appropriate safety valve for your fryer.

I spoke with one of our technicians, and we believe we've determined a few causes to your problem. You're referring to a fryer, correct?

You may be experiencing 1 of 2 things.
1. A bad thermostat
2. A bad gas valve

1. Check your temperature (leave thermometer in oil) - if your temperature dial reads 350 but your oil temperature is 250 it's safe to assume your thermostat is malfunctioning. Thermostats can only be calibrated by technicians, but if it's too off you may need to replace it again.

2. We're pretty sure if your pilot is staying lit the problem isn't a gas valve one.
