Greetings Caz, thanks for reaching out to Tundra Restaurant Supply with your question.

The Garland G03145-048 Thermostat does not come with a temperature readout knob, and Garland informed me there is also a knob insert piece for the knob. That said, it looks like we've got a generic knob with temperature readout markings on the knob itself. What I've done is include all 3 products (the OEM knob and knob insert as well as the generic knob) for your convenience.
