I am sorry, I am having a hard time finding that Wolf Oven model number anywhere. I recommend that you call our sales team at 1.888.388.6372 and provide them with the manufacturer, model number and serial number of your oven. They can then source the thermostat you need.

Wolf CH-6-29 range (30 years old)

My oven temp fluctuates up and down from the setting. I assume I need a thermostat. Could there be anything else? Is #719298 the correct part

It's a natural gas, 6 burner, standard oven, 36"... If this is not the right thermostat which one would I need to purchase?

No, this Vulcan 719298 BJWA Thermostat w/ 250° - 500° Range will not fit your Vulcan G36 range. Depending on the year your range was made (which is determined by the serial number) the thermostat will vary.
