I would love to help you find the replacement thermostat for your Blodgett oven but the model number you provided does not exist. Please double check the model and serial number of your oven. When I have the correct model information I can assist you in finding the correct part.

what is the difference between FDTH and FDH thermostat?

Both are for high temp applications. FDTH has a throttling gas control, FDH has Snap-throttle gas control. Hope this helps!
