I have this element in a 1050Watt 208V can I use this 1200Watt 208V its the same length. I would just like it a bit hotter?

We can't recommend replacing your 1,050W/208V element with this 1,200W/208V element. That said, the 1,200W element can be substituted for the 1,050W one, but you would assume any risk inherent with altering your unit.
