Questions & Answers for Cadco Bi-Metal Thermostat

Question

Will this stat work??

I have a bad bi metal thermostat on an American Permanent Ware Pizza (food) warmer model DWC-17 120 volts. The one I took out is a sammax ar-491 rated at 175 degrees f. I found online that the correct part number is 69155. What is the temperature rating of this stat and will it work on this piece of equipment. Thanks--Art

As this unit is rather old, the manufacturer stated that this part is discontinued with no available replacement. If you can send a picture of the part, we can forward this to the manufacturer to see if they can find something that would substitute sufficiently.
