Thanks for your question Nunya from Bizness.

This Quaternary Ammonia Sanitizer is full strength and will need to be diluted before use. The bottle outlines a number of different uses, and most ask for a mixture of 3-3.5 ounces of sanitizer with 5 gallons of water.

Thanks for your question.

No, this Quaternary Ammonia Sanitizer is not corrosive. It's actually meant to be used on stainless steel, and to be left on for an extended period of time. No corrosion will occur.

Thanks for bringing your question to Tundra Restaurant Supply.

The quaternary ammonia sanitizer will not be corrosive to various metals found in an industrial kitchen such as stainless steel, copper, and aluminum.

However, this is not a cleaning agent, this is solely a sanitizing solution for disinfecting food handling areas and other contact surfaces within your establishment.

It is also ideal for the 3rd sink rinse in commercial kitchens.
