Sure or if you prefer you can also use them as a dry unit for a double boiler setup.

The unit I purchased didn't come with any accessories, but that's ok. We use it for different pot sizes, deli pan sizes, etc. Just buy the type of adapter plates, super pans, steamtable insets, etc. for your own personal needs.

This warmer is sold as just the warmer assembly. Optional accessories would be food pans and food pan insets.

I have no idea, but just call the folks at Tundra they can help with ANY question. (Actually, we have had one food warmer for over ten years and hasn't failed yet. Maybe we just got lucky, but the two other ones area just going fine without a hitch.)

Yes, we have the replacement element that is used on warmers with date codes after 10/04. Please see below.
