I have a 1964 Hobart H-600 and am wondering if these 60 Qt Flat Beater Tundra No. 65536,Wire Whip Mfg: Hobart Tundra No. 65516, and 60 Qt Stainless Steel Mixer Bowl Tundra No. 65506, also a dough hook not shown on your site will work on my mixer.
I have a Hobart 600DT mixer. In the past I have ordered a 60qt paddle and they sent me a 60B instead of a 60D.. the B paddle is slightly longer the the D and it did not fit the mixer very well. I guess my question is if this paddle is a 60D or 60B Paddle
This is a "B" flat beater. I have attached the "D" wire whip below if that is what you are referring too. There are not any other flat beaters that fit the H600DT mixer.
Im looking for a attachment to mix sauce , would the flat beater work ? I tried the wire whisk its not mixing large batches of sauce well. Also is there a cover for the bowl, so I do not splashes outside the bowl?
The whisk beater is used to aerate mixtures such as egg whites for a meringue; the spade or flat beater to mix things together. Unless otherwise specified in a recipe, it is generally the flat beater that is meant to be used.
