Are screws with this latch and directions as to how to put it on as I have a Cambro that is missing a latch.

Yes, the screws are included with this latch. There are not instructions but if you get the latch and have a hard time determining how to attach it you can call our sales team for some troubleshooting tips at 1.888.388.6372.
