what are these parts for? the bar that holds the seat and back together on mine is bent do you sell that part?

The bar should not be bent, if you are not able to get the part fixed or replaced, then i would recommend buying a new top. If buying a top is not possible, the highchair works great when pulled up to the table as well.

Unfortunately, the bar is not manufactured separately from the complete unit.
