Hi LJ. Thanks for contacting Tundra Restaurant Supply with your question.

I'm not sure what hardware you're referring to, but the Rubbermaid 7806-L8 High Chair Strap Kit comes with the buckle hardware as well as the plastic pieces used to adjust the straps.

I'm sorry I don't have a model number, but it's hard to see if these are right as I can not see the ends of the straps. It would be better if you had a picture just showing the strap itself instead of the strap attached to the chair.

The fabric strap is secured not by screws, but by threading it through the slots in the back of the chair.
