Unfortunately Liberty does not make a hard plastic malt collar.That being said, there are a few plastic malt collars on the market.

Dart plastic malt collars are meant to turn Dart foam cups into malt cups. I'm not sure if they'd be strong enough for constant continued use, but may be just what you're looking for.
