Question

is this a smooth bottom?

I need this for my bakery. We need a smooth bottom, not the raised strips on bottome. We use it to nead bread dough and the scraper won't clean out the dough. Please confirm this is a smooth bottom style?

The bottom of this food grade bus tub is ribbed. However, we do have dough boxes with smooth bottoms. Please see below.
