My best, educated guess is yes, but be sure to thoroughly rinse the areas touched by this product after using it as we do. You may even need to use one batch of grease to "absorb" the residue and then fill it again and use your clean fryer.

There is nothing on this Carbon Off specifying it cannot be used in California, and we've shipped this product there before.
