I have attached a sketch that the manufacturer forwarded to me showing the dimensions of the cart. If the cart it still (not moving) it is 37 5/8" from the ground to the top of the handle. If you are using the cart and pulling on the handle, the handle drops a little bit to 36 11/16". Please see below.
