Place a container /drinking glass at the bottom of the mechanism, beneath the area where the fruit is squeezed. You can squeeze directly into the glass. Very simply and straight forward operation.

You will need to put a container under the juicer cup to catch the juice. Here are step by step instructions for how to operate this unit.
To Operate
1. Place the JUICER on a sturdy, supporting surface. Select a surface at a height that is comfortable for the operator.
2. Rotate LEVER clockwise to raise SQUEEZER.
3. Place a container under CUP to catch the juice.
4. Place ½ of the product to be squeezed onto the CONE with the cut side down.
5. Rotate LEVER counter-clockwise to squeeze the product and extract the juice.
6. Raise LEVER, remove the rind remaining and place the next product in place to be squeezed.

Yes, it should work but it may not yield a ton of juice. Check out the cool video I posted below. It demonstrates juicing a pomegranate with a similar juicer.
