This fryer will easily heat the oil to the maximum temperature range of 375°.

The frying basket that comes with this Adcraft single tank countertop fryer is 7 1/4" x 8 1/4" x 4 1/2". Whether it will or will not hold 6 pieces of chicken depends on the sizes of the chicken breasts/strips you are using. The tank holds up to 6 liters of oil and has a cooking capacity of 15 pounds per hour.
