Apologies. That spec sheet was for the CL50 Series D model only. Here is the appropriate spec sheet with the correct disc accessories.

Yes, this Robot Coupe Food Processor will slice lettuce very thin, but you'll need a dicing disc attachment that does not come standard with the machine. Here is the spec sheet for the food processor:
