For this Globe slicer the sharpener is built in to the top assembly, above the blade. To use the sharpener you loosen the fastening bolts/screws/brackets and move the sharpening assembly over the blade. Please let us know if these are not specific enough instructions.

Question

How to sharpen GC512

Globe GC512. I do not understand how to sharpen the slicer. It is something I have inhertited at my restuarant. I saw earlier a response to Jose, and either there is a moving part that does not move or I would need more specific instruction. Please help.

I have attached the owner's manual with sharpening instructions. The sharpening instructions are on pages 11 and 12. I hope this helps answer all of your questions.
