I am sorry, the manufacturer does not have RPM information. If you let me know what you'll be using the Blender for I may be able to make some recommendations.

Thanks for bringing your question to Tundra Restaurant Supply.

We currently only stock and sell the 120V A3-31E-34V Blendtec SpaceSaver 13A Commercial Blender. That said, Blendtec does offer a 220V model, but for customers outside of the United States we recommend getting in touch with the closest international dealer.
