To season, bring grill to 300°F, until completed. Brush upper and lower cooking surfaces with a a salt free liquid vegetable oil. If using an aerosol agent, first apply into a cup and then brush onto cooking surface. Let sit for 20 minutes, and then wipe clean using a warm damp cloth. Repeat if required.
