Thanks for contacting Tundra Restaurant Supply with your question.

The best way to clean your Dean SR42G Deep Fryer (and get all that material and debris out of the tubes) is to use a fryer puck paired with a fryer brush. The fryer puck is a concentrated fryer cleaner that works its way through the tubes and cleans everything out. I've included both the fryer pucks and fryer brush below for your convenience.
