According to Adcraft's documentation this rice cooker is not NSF approved.

Where can I find a manual?

I work for a healthcare facility that is required to correctly prepeare food that meets certain guidlines. However, the rice has been lacking as of late and we cannot find the manual to check our water to rice ratio. Any clue where we might find one?

The Adcraft 30 Cup Electric Commercial Rice Cooker holds 30 cups of cooked rice. It is CE certified, but not NSF or UL. We do carry a few rice cookers that are UL, NSF, or UL & NSF certified, but they appear to cost just a little more. I've included a few below for you to compare.
