The Imperial EFS-40 Elite 40 Lb Commercial Gas Fryer comes with 2 nickel plated fry baskets as accessories. 6" legs come standard, but swivel casters are available. In order to change the oil a filtration kit of some kind is needed. The Imperial EFS-40 can hold 40 lbs of fat/oil.
