This Waring fryer requires a 120V electrical connection and includes a power cord & plug (NEMA 5-15P). The dimensions are 12" H x 13" W x 17" D. I have attached a specification sheet to the learn more tab if you are interested.

I am sorry, I do not understand what you mean by "magnetic" but I am assuming the answer is No. I do not see an specifications stating that this fryer is magnetic in any way.
