This countertop fryer is 208-240 Volt, 50/60Hz and 3250 watts. The power cord is electrical type HPN with NEMA 6-20 plug. I have attached the owners manual to the "Learn More" tab for you to view.

The Adcroft fryers advertise 208 volt. How do they run on 220 Volt?

This is 208-240V. It will not be a problem to run this fryer on 220V. If you are interested, I have attached the owner's manual to the "Learn More" tab.
