Thanks for your question Tony.

The filter for this Amana RMS10T 1000 Watt Commercial Microwave Oven is located on the bottom of the front of the microwave where the hot air escapes. Amana recommends wiping away any grease or build up that's accumulated on the filter if a filter message is being displayed. This message is on a 2-day timer and should go away soon.
