This microwave does not have a digital clock. The clock feature is more common on residential equipment.

Where can I find a mat that fits the Amana RCS10TS Watt Commercial Microwave Oven

What size mat do I need to cover the bottom of the microwave. The 14.5W x 15" D interior dimensions aren't made. What do you recommend.

I have attached a baking mat below that will fit although it is sold in a pack of 12. We also recently added another option that is not yet on our website. No, I do not recommend cooking a turkey in this microwave oven. You will need a microwave with convection heating to cook a turkey. You can also check out our countertop convection ovens, they would be a great compact option for cooking a turkey.

Actually, the air filter on this model in non-removable, so you never really have to clean it. Basically it's just a vented/grated surface on the exterior, but as far as "filter cleaning" goes, you never have to. If you feel that the exterior of the microwave is really dusty dirty, just use any kind of vacuum to clean the whole thing. But like I said, you don't need to actually "clean the filter."
