Searching for a part

I'm looking for a part for the Vollrath 38103 steam table. The part is small and round and connects to the heating element it s white and has leads that the wires connect to. Can anyone tell me what part this is and where to get it?

Are you looking for the element o-ring (attached below)? If not, I have attached the operator's manual. It lists all of the parts on page 6 with a diagram for visual reassurance.
