This particular model does not have drains for the fry pots. See the Adcraft DF-12L or DF-12L/2 if you need a countertop fryer with drains.

You lift the oil tank out of the outer case to dispose of any oil. Please see the user's manual I have attached to the "Learn More" tab for cleaning instructions.

Yes, this is a 120V/3500W (each tank is 1750W) electric fryer. I have a attached the owner's manual to the learn more tab if you are interested.

I am looking for an economical fryer for my consession trailer. Do you think this is a wise purchase or do you recommend some other model. If you have a gas fryer that would work just as well please advise.

This AdCraft DF-6L-2 Double Tank Countertop Fryer actually draws 15 amps per tank, and each tank is powered by its own cord and plug. That said, our technician confirms this model should work just fine in a food truck if you've got the power to supply it.
