Hi Pete, thanks for the question.

Unfortunately, after speaking with the manufacturer I was told detailed documentation for replacing the heating element of the Adcraft GRID-16 Electric Griddle does not exist. They do, however, have knowledgeable technicians that can give you a rundown of how to replace the element. Your best course of action would be to give them a call and have a tech verbally instruct you.
