You can adjust the shelves in this unit, and it will plug into a standard house outlet. If you want more shelves, call our sales team at 888 388 6372 x2 so we can get you set up with those as well.

Yes, it is possible to set up this Arctic Air AF23 1 Door Reach-In Freezer with sheet pan slides by way of a slide kit. There is a spec sheet for this product in the "Learn More" tab on the product page. On page two of this spec sheet you'll find a line of features specifying "Unit holds full size sheet pans front and back. With optional Pan Slide Kit (#65100) you can outfit half of the interior (full interior with two kits) with racks that hold 8 standard sheet pans."
Essentially you'll want to order this unit as it is and order two (2) of the #65100 Pan Slide Kits to equip the interior for sheet pans. If you have any questions, or would like to talk specifics, please give a member of our Tundra Restaurant Supply team a call at 1-888-388-6372.
