Can I have the top, illuminated panel customized with letters and/or pictures?

Yes. I usually replace the top panel with plexiglass, some customers leave it blank, some put logos or stickers on them.

Yes the top can have graphics added by going to a graphic design shop and they can apply vinyl decals or alternatively you can go to a sign shop and have the lettering or design painted on the plexiglass.
