We have a door opening of only 30.5 inches, will the doors and top and bottom cover come off so this unit can fit through the door?

The door frame is not removable on this model. You will need at least a 32" door opening for this merchandiser.

The below merchandisers have less than a 30.5" depth.

***The first one you will have to remove the handles to install.
