Thanks for contacting Tundra Restaurant Supply with your question Jay.

Regarding the Blodgett 1415 Electric Countertop Single Deck Oven, it cannot have steam injection added. When it comes to whether or not it needs to be vented, that depends. If you're using the oven for baked goods, where nothing is grease-laden/coated/cooked in grease, then you can get away with not venting this oven. That said, if you're using the oven to cook grease-laden foods you'll need to vent using some kind of overhead hood venting system.
