The thermostat in this heated pan carrier maintains a temperature range between 150ºF and 165ºF. It will not cook food and keeps moist food moist. Because only the top half of this model is heated you can store cold food in the bottom portion. Please see the video I have attached below for more information concerning the H-Series Ultra Camcart.
