In regards to the CMA-180UC dish machine, CMA does require their established network of service professionals, otherwise this may negate certain aspects of the warranty. CMA does have a FACTS (Factory Authorized CMA Team Services) Global Service Network. Every CMA dishmachine includes the FACTS (Factory Authorized CMA Team Service) Network, and the FACTS Network is global, so any service you require is near your location.

Regarding preference over Hobart; I was a former chef and unfortunately used neither of the two brands of dish machines in question; So, I cannot provide insightful information here.
