Thanks for bringing your question to Tundra Restaurant Supply.

The appropriate replacement gasket for this Continental SW72-18 3 Door Sandwich Prep Unit measures 22 1/2" x 25 1/2" (21 1/2" x 24 1/2" dart to dart). I've included the gasket below for your convenience.
