Question

Our bagels are not uniform in size. how easy is it to adjust

we currently use a Moline slicer. it is hard to adjust band because our bagels are so big and almost bread like--less dense than boiled east coast bagels...the Moline leaves a hinge and our wholesale account folks dont like a hinge. we can't make the adjustment close enough to cut all the way through?

I have attached the owner's manual with instructions on how to adjust the slicer. It looks simple to change the adjustment settings. Please view page 9 in the owner's manual located in the "Learn More" tab.
