Will this food processor process green leafy vegetables?

I need a food processor that will efficiently shred greens such as kale and collard greens without binding up due to the fibrous nature of the plant material.

This Dito food processor will have no problem shredding fibrous greens such as kale.

I do not recommend using this food processor for making french fries. You will need one that comes with a french fry kit/disc. Below is a food processor that has optional french fry kits (Robot Coupe) and one that comes with a french fry disc (Waring).
