Question

What is the actual capacity of this product?

Last time I bought a 12 oz from the other merchandize and it turned out to be 14 oz cup.
I wonder if this is exactly 12 oz (less than 12 oz is acceptable, 10 oz to 12 oz will be good).
And if it is not 12 oz (or little less :)) can I return it without paying for the shipping?

I just talked to the manufacturer and oddly enough these cups are delivered in a box that says 14 oz but they are indeed 12 oz cups. The capacity is not more than 12 oz. I am sorry for the confusion!
