Steps to restart my ice machine?

After purchasing this product last spring, I have misplaced my instructions, and being it is a wonderful product, what steps do I take in starting up this great ice machine for another summer business starting in April? please advise. Thank-you

Actually, regarding restarting the Brema CB316A Air Cooled Undercounter Ice Machine, our technician says all you need to do is turn the unit back on. It's that easy!
