Electric gyro machine; 304 stainless steel construction; Meat capacity is 155-200 lbs; Spit is 37 3/8" high; Motor located at bottom of unit ensuring protection from heating elements; Individual burner controls, ceramic plates with minimum flame adjustment, removable burner protection mesh; Removable drip tray, plug for electric knife and meat shovel are all included; Burner can be moved closer or farther away from the meat, instead of moving the spit; Hard wired for 110-220V, 3 phase; The neutral is for the 110V spit motor connection, knife outlet and pilot light; Made in Greece; 1 year parts and labor warranty

Yes, you will need to have an electrician hard wire your connection to accept 3 phase equipment. This gyro machine will not work if you plug it in to your existing outlet.
